Do you accept refund?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept refunds. If the item arrives faulty or not as described please send an email to us at email@example.com. For more information on our refund policy, please read our terms and conditions page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Can I cancel my order?
You will be able to cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched. We will try our best to help you so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your cancellation request and order number.
I have not received my order confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails are sent out as soon as an order has been placed. If you have not received the email please check your junk mail before contacting us.
Can I track the status of my order?
We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery tracking details will be provided if you opted for a trackable postal service. Please note the default standard delivery is not trackable however if you believe your package may have been lost in the post please contact us with your order number and we will look into this. Where do you ship from?
We are based in the UK.
Can I apply mascara to my Lashes?
We would advise that you do not apply mascara directly to the lashes as it would ruin the texture and quality of the lash and would limit to number of wears you can get out of them. It is best to apply mascara to your natural lashes before applying our lashes.
Is Oh Yours Beauty a cruelty free brand?
Our products are 100% cruelty free and vegan friendly.
